Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, refund eligibility, and modification of bookings made with Kura Homes Private Limited (“Kura Homes”, “we”, “us”, “our”). All customers are advised to review this policy carefully before making any payments or booking a unit.

2. Booking Amount

A booking amount is collected to reserve a specific unit for a fixed period. Payment of the booking amount does not constitute the completion of sale; it is an initial expression of interest.

• The booking amount may vary by project.
• The unit is blocked temporarily until agreement formalities are completed.
• All bookings are subject to verification, approvals, and availability.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

If the customer chooses to cancel the booking:

• A standard cancellation fee may apply based on the project’s terms.
• Documentation, administrative charges, and any government fees paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid identification and payment proof.

4. Cancellation by Kura Homes

In rare cases where Kura Homes must cancel a booking due to regulatory, technical, or project-related reasons:

• The customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
• No cancellation charges will apply.
• Kura Homes will not be liable for consequential or opportunity losses.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within:

• 15–30 working days from the approval date.
• Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.

Delays may occur in case of bank or regulatory dependencies.

6. Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

• Administrative & processing fees
• Legal or documentation charges
• Government taxes or registration fees
• Charges paid to third-party service providers

7. Modification of Bookings

Customers may request modification (change of unit, layout upgrade, etc.) subject to:

• Availability of units
• Updated pricing and payment schedules
• Administrative charges, if applicable
