Our Legacy
Founded in 1976, Kura Homes Private Limited is among Hyderabad’s longest-standing real estate institutions. Established by the visionary Sri Kura Satyanarayana Reddy, the company began with early contracting and pioneering apartment developments in Secunderabad.
Over nearly five decades, Kura Homes has evolved into a multi-disciplinary real estate organisation rooted in trust, engineering excellence, and long-term end-user value, carrying forward a legacy across three generations.
Our Journey
1976
The Kura family enters Hyderabad’s emerging real estate and contracting landscape.
1999
Formal incorporation as Kura Homes Pvt. Ltd. under Sri Kura Veerendher Reddy, expanding into residential and commercial development.
2010s – Present
Expansion into premium residential, commercial, and plotted developments. Transition to structured leadership by the third generation—bringing strategic innovation, modern design thinking, and technology-enabled construction.
